Pupil Leadership at London Colney
At London Colney, we believe in empowering our pupils by providing them with meaningful leadership roles within the school. We know that when children are given responsibility, they develop confidence, independence, and a strong sense of pride in their school community.
By offering a variety of leadership opportunities, we ensure that every pupil has a voice and the chance to make a real impact on school life. These roles help children develop key life skills, including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
We want our pupils to leave London Colney not only academically prepared but also as well-rounded individuals ready to take on leadership roles in the wider world. By giving them responsibility now, we are helping them develop the skills they need for the future!

Through this initiative, pupils learn about democracy, teamwork, and responsibility, gaining confidence in public speaking and decision-making. Our Parliament ensures that every child’s voice is heard and valued.
